Baby Sessions
A babies first year of life has many stages of development and milestones. Based on these stages I have created this session list so that you know what to expect at your babies session depending on their age or developmental ability. This is also a great guide for you in deciding when you would like your baby's portraits taken.
Newborns (within the first 10-14 days of your babies life)
At only a couple of weeks old or younger your baby is still sleepy and flexible. They enjoy being curled up and swaddled as if they were still in the womb. This makes for posing your baby much easier than if they were a few weeks older. At this age you can pose them in different positions while they are sleeping. I use a posing pillow for posed shots on their bellies or sides, arms posed under their sweet little heads or chins. They don't usually mind being posed in baskets and buckets with adorable props surrounding them while they snooze away. I have plenty of hats, headbands, wraps and some outfits to use during your session! There are cases when some newborns are awake the entire time and that's fine too. They still like to be swaddled, basket, buckets and crates are great for babies who don't want to miss any of the action by sleeping! (Tips for a sleepy baby: Full belly, clean diaper, awake part of the day, if breastfeeding try to avoid spicy foods that may cause gas for the little one.) Immediate family members (Mom, Dad, Siblings) are welcome to be included in the session as well. Extended family will be an additional cost of $20 per person. You'll want to contact me at least a month before your due date. This way we can discuss details and I have an idea of when to expect your new little one(s). Most parents contact me while in the hospital or shortly after they are home so that we can schedule the appointment under 14 days!
Things to bring with you to your session: Soft blanket, extra bottle (if bottle fed), binky (if uses one) diapers, wipes and anything you would like incorporated within the session.

3-6 months
There are significant changes in your baby from ages 3 to 6 months. They start lifting their heads when lying on thier bellies, rolling over, smiling, giggling and propping themselves up to sitting up! The younger babies (3-4 months) is a great age for "tummy time" pictures and lying on their backs. They find their feet which make for adorable shots and theyy are able to focus more and look directly at the camera. Some babies at this age still don't mind being swaddled up in wraps or being posed in baskets or buckets. It's best to schedule your babies session after their usual nap time and when they are their happiest. A rested baby with a full belly and clean diaper are key to a happy baby during their session. Some babies tend to fall asleep during their session and that is fine! We can get some adorable snoozing photos! I have a variety of props to choose from including outfits, wraps, headbands, baskets, buckets, and backdrops.

6 months
This is a great age to have your babies portraits done! They are usually sitting up, smiling, laughing, almost crawling but can't quite travel too far. Your childs personality starts to come out more and they tend to make different adorable expressions. Again the best time to book your session is shortly after their rest time and when they are usually the happiest (morning or afternoon happy!)

maternity session
1 Hour Session: $125
2 Hour Session: $200
Every Maternity Session I have done has been different. After choosing a date and time, location and outfits are next on the to do list. Some of my clients already know exactly what they want to wear, while some reach out for some advice. I always recommend dressing in something that is you or that defines you and your significant other. Some Mommy to be's like the flowy dresses and head bands, while others like the more simple plaid shirt and jeans. Whichever you prefer I can help you choose the perfect outfit that fits you and the location you choose! During the session we do a variety of poses. I make sure that there are shots of just the glowing Mommy to be, with Dad and siblings (if any). You are more than welcome to bring a couple of outfits or wear layers to acheive a few different looks throughout your session. I recommend booking your session around 28 weeks where you are showing but are still comfortable enough to stand and move around for different poses. If you need to book earlier because you are uncomfortable or more fatigued that is fine!

Family Session
#1 Question: What Do I Wear? Click here for Ideas!
1 Hour Session: $125
2 Hour Session: $200
Preparing for a family session can be stressful, figuring out a time that works with your schedule, with your kids schedule, choosing a location, dressing the kids... I understand it can be a chore to book portraits for your family but you won't regret it! I will help you every step of the way, from suggesting great locations close to you, choosing outfits without even having to buy new clothes, and working with your schedule to pick a perfect time to schedule your appointment! I always say my style is more "candid" then "sit and say cheese." I like to get a mix of photos, everyone looking and smiling at the camera, some of just the kids, Dad and kids, Mom and kids, Mom and Dad. I love the playing, laughing, picking flowers and exploring photos just as much as the posed.

Mini Sessions
My Mini Sessions are held through out the year, Seasonally or for Holidays. I usually post the setup so that you have an idea of what to wear or what to dress your children in. Mini Sessions are short 30 minute sessions so there is only enough time for one outfit unless you dress in layers, in which you can easily transform into a slightly different look. Minis only come certain times of the year and book quickly as there are only a limited amount of slots available! You can subscribe to Newsletters where you will receive any info on upcoming Mini Sessions or Specials, and eliminate the risk of missing the Facebook Ad!

Senior Portraits

1 Hour Session: $125
2 Hour Session: $200
I like to personalize my Senior Sessions for each client. We can do this by choosing a location that suites you, outfits options, and any props such as sports equipment or uniforms, musical instruments, or pets! Multiple outfit changes are allowed for both options. I include a mix of head shots, full body and portrait/landscape shots within your gallery. Feel free to book a session with your best friend! I offer sessions where you can hang out, laugh and get your Senior Portraits done with a friend or family member!
